Buyer Sarah has asked about service history details, damp/damage condition, previous owners, tyre condition, whether the price is negotiable, and wants to know about the condition of the living area, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, dashboard, control panel, exterior, and any marks/scratches.
1) No damp issues to the seller's knowledge. 2) There is a small crack on one of the plastic window covers (visible in listing picture 5) which needs replacing (around £60). There is also a very slight dent in the bodywork above the cab, but given its age it is in very good condition. 3) Everything works — the seller has had no issues with the dashboard, control panel, living area, kitchen, bathroom, or bedroom. 4) The seller says there is always a deal to be done — she's open to receiving an offer.
