No damage at all, and completely clear of damp. It's had regular habitation checks by the Hymer dealer in Livingston, the last one in 2025, and it's always been stored under cover when not in use. One previous owner before me — Brownhills of north east England. The owner says it's in fabulous condition and rare to find a model of this era with that build quality in such good order.

Buyer Eddie asked whether the bed is an island bed and whether the kitchen has an oven and/or microwave.
Bed: it's a transverse full double bed above the garage at the rear (so not an island bed). Oven: there's no separate oven, just the hob and a microwave. It used to have an oven above the fridge, but when the owner replaced the fridge with a 12V compressor fridge last year, they fitted a microwave there instead. The owner also uses a 1kW air fryer, which runs fine off the inverter.
