There's no fitted heating in the van. For water, there's a sink and a removable water tank (taken out to refill), with the waste draining directly out. It's a cold water feed only — water can be heated on the gas hob. The owner notes she hasn't used the sink herself.

Buyer Les Matcham asked about damp/damage, dashboard condition, and any marks/scratches on the 1997 Ford Freda campervan.
No sign of damp inside — the owner has opened up and taken the van out every week over the winter to keep the batteries charged and check tyre pressures. The dashboard and cab are in good condition; the only small issue is the ashtray, which broke and has been glued back together. There are some scuffs to the rear bumper on each side — not serious, just cosmetic. (Owner has provided photos of the ashtray and the bumper scuffs.)</answer> </invoke>
