The owner advises a recent full service completed on 19 September 2025, with service history and receipts available. The dashboard is in excellent condition with no cracks or damage, and the control panel displays battery voltages, water levels, time, alarm, pump, mains setting, power switch, timer, and outside light switch.

Buyer Charles has asked several specific questions: whether the price is negotiable, details about the kitchen setup (hob, oven, fridge etc.), the current cosmetic condition including any marks or scratches, and whether there's any history of damp or damage.
1) Price: No flexibility on the asking price — due to a change of circumstances, the sellers are happy to keep the van if it doesn't sell at the listed price. 2) Kitchen: The kitchen includes a hob, an oven, and a 12V fridge. 3) Cosmetic condition: There may be a few minor scratches that were present before the current owners purchased it — nothing serious. 4) Damp/damage: No problems with damp at all. The sellers were advised that damp is difficult to check on this type of vehicle due to it being a van conversion with a steel body.
