Buyer John enquired 9 Oct 2026 asking for a habitation certificate; replied same evening saying he needs to see a hab check, particularly the damp map, before going further.
The owner has a damp test report covering up to 2023. Since then he's bought his own damp test meter and has been checking the motorhome himself with it. He's sent over a couple of photos with his answer, and the team are looking at getting those to you.
