1) Yes — damp readings were taken at the habitation check and there was no damp anywhere. The owner has the habitation report. 2) It hasn't been stood — he's been taking it out regularly for 20-mile runs, and the mileage is now 20,152.
Buyer asked when the cambelt was last changed, alongside a general service history question.
The owner understands that this Citroen Relay has a timing chain rather than a belt, so it hasn't been replaced in the five years he's owned it. He has asked the garage to check everything at every service and replace anything that needed it. With the low mileage, he doesn't expect it to be an issue.
