Buyer asked about damp/damage, tyre condition, heating/water, dashboard, control panel, exterior and marks/scratches.
The owner says there's no damp or damage to report. All four tyres are brand new, fitted at the beginning of July 2026. A new water pump has been fitted, plus a new timing belt, and the gas fire and boiler are both working fine. There are no really bad marks on the outside and the dashboard is clean. It also has a bike rack, it's low mileage and the owner says it drives very well. They're selling for genuine personal reasons.
Buyer Christopher asked Sun 11 Oct about location mismatch (advert Bury vs map 51 miles) and asked for a viewing tomorrow. Viewing request filed for Mon 12 Oct afternoon.
The owner has confirmed the motorhome is kept at their home in the town of Bury, Greater Manchester, so viewings are in Bury itself, not 51 miles away.
