Brian has completed his seller dashboard with full details. Here's a summary of the answers: 1) Service history: Full dealership service history for the first three years, then sporadic due to minimal use caused by health issues. Last serviced 30 December 2023. Annual habitation checks done, last one 7 January 2026. Electronic service & work record available from Camper UK. 2) Damp/damage: Damp warranty is still in force. Repairs were carried out to the garage area under the damp warranty on 15/2/25. Full damp check history is available. Awning was damaged in wind and a new wind-out awning & awning light were fitted on 27/6/25. New OSR garage door and trim replaced on 11/7/22. 3) Previous owners: One owner from new (1 V5C document issued, purchased from Camper UK dealer on 7 January 2019). 4) Interior condition: Non-smoker, pet-free vehicle. Original carpets included. Living area features an L-shaped front lounge and a second rear lounge. Kitchen has a 3-way fridge with auto energy selection. Bathroom has a separate shower cubicle. Bedroom features an electric drop-down bed over the rear lounge. Includes AVTEX colour TV & DVD player. 5) Dashboard and control panel: Cab is in good condition with air conditioning, cruise control, swivel cab seats, and reverse camera fitted. 6) Exterior: Alloy wheels, solar panel, satellite dish, self-levelling system, electric step, tow bar, and external BBQ point. Recent repairs include a new awning (June 2025) and new garage door/trim (July 2022). Vehicle also has a Phantom Sentinel alarm/tracker with additional sensors on all windows, doors, and hatches.

Clarification from the owner on the habitation/damp history: the motorhome has had a damp check every single year (the most recent on 7 January 2026, all readings passed), but FULL habitation checks were only carried out in the first couple of years of ownership, not every year. The damp warranty is still in force (expiry January 2029; owner unsure whether it transfers), and the full damp check history can be seen at the viewing.

Answers given by the owner on the phone (3 Sept): Service - carried out by GWG on 7/7/25. No current mechanical faults, warning lights or intermittent issues, and it has never needed recovery. Tyres and batteries (cab and leisure) are the originals. It was last driven on 3 September and is stored outdoors. Damp check done 7/1/26, all readings passed; damp warranty runs to January 2029 (owner unsure if transferable). One insurance claim where another vehicle scraped the bumper and door; no water ingress or other claims. The wind-damaged awning caused no damage to any structural points. Self-levelling system is MA-VE.
