1) Price flexibility: The seller has confirmed there is some flexibility on the asking price. They would accept an offer that nets them £31,000 after our brokerage fee, which means an offer around £32,979 or above would be acceptable. 2) Cosmetic condition: There are slight scratches and blemishes consistent with a 15-year-old vehicle, but nothing notable — all described as minor and in line with age.

Buyer has asked specifically about the condition of the dashboard and the control panel on the Kontiki 659.
The dashboard is in perfect condition with no warning lights showing. The habitation control panel works perfectly, with one small fault — the grey waste tank gauge shows half full when the tank is actually empty. Everything else on the panel is working as it should.

Buyer David has noticed what looks like a very bad split in the wood counter just inside the door to the right, visible in the listing photos. He's also asking about damp/damage generally.
What appears to be a split in the wood counter/worktop is actually the lid of the chest freezer — the section to the right of the gap is the lid, which is on a hinge. It's not damage at all. Regarding damp, the seller confirms there has never been any damp in the vehicle. The motorhome is 15 years old and has minor scuffs and dents consistent with its age, but nothing significant.
