0L with an automatic gearbox. It's in all round good condition and has a Flamma awning fitted, a reversing camera and a large garage at the rear, which is as you can see suitable for golf clubs, we've also had two bikes inside that. This is the fresh water inlet and an external point for the gas BBQ. Inside is very neat and tidy, lots of storage, above the cab we have a big storage area which is ideal for bedding etc or any bits and pieces that you can put up there, above the seating area there's two large cupboards, one either side, switches underneath for the lighting, all the windows and vents have got blinds as well as fly screens, on the other side there's another light switch and some additional USB ports, there's a gas oven underneath that, there's a cutlery drawer which is quite spacious and a large cupboard again underneath the sink area.
The sink has a hot and cold tap and a three hob cooker, again there's another large storage cupboard above that as well. The fridge can be run on electric, gas or off the engine whilst running, there's a freezer compartment as well as the chilled bottle drawer, we also have the control panels for the heating as well as the router for the wifi system, this is the vents with the blinds again and the fly screens. There's then a doorway through to the shower toilet area which again has additional storage, there's a large cupboard at the rear which is above the garage which has got a lot of storage area inside there which is very handy. There's the wash basin with hot and cold water, another storage cupboard above that and also a sliding door through to the garage so that you don't have to go outside if you need something from there and the toilet and also a large shower cubicle, again with hot and cold water in there.
Here we have the electric bed that comes down, there's a ladder there to help get up and down and that's it going back up again, it's a full size double bed. The dinette table does lower and enables you to make the dinette area into a double bed as well. On the other side of the van we have a couple of compartments, one is for the gas, there's a standard calla gas bottle in there as well as a refillable LPG gas bottle and a proper housing so that you can refill that. Above that there's another storage compartment so there's plenty of storage areas on the van, this one's already got some bits and pieces in there but there's quite a bit of space inside that.
On this side of the van we have the electric hook up point as well as the vent for the boiler which supplies the hot and cold water as well as the hot air system for heating. And the last compartment that we have is at the front here at the bottom which houses the leisure battery as well as the charging devices and bits
