Okay, welcome to a little video about this lovely little Romehome R20. I've had it for about six years and never broken down, it's been absolute joy. We've been all over Europe, all over Britain in it, and it's been lovely, we've had a great time. We're moving on to a slightly bigger van now, which is why we're selling it.
We wanted this particular small one because it is so narrow and cosy, you can fit it in a normal street and use it as your normal car. But we're now going to be moving so we can fit a bigger one in. It converts into, you can either have two single beds or you can have a double. Pretty good, Nick, there's the gas bottle in there, you've got the electric hook-up thing here, you can plug into electric, and what else have we got, there's the back door, that's open like that, it's got lines that pull down, and window opens there, it's got a little fridge here, a little cooker here, there it is, put the gas on already, so you can just push that, push the thing there, there you go, that lights, they both work all fine.
Underneath we've got the fridge, to light the fridge we just turn it, I've switched the gas on already, to turn it to gas, put the electric start on, and then push it in, there you go, it's lit, so that will now get cold, it takes about an hour and it'll be cold. When you're driving along, it's a three-way fridge, so when you're driving along, it will while I switch it off now, when you're driving along you have this switch on, and that means that it's cooled by the car battery, and if you're on a mains hook-up you can put this one on so it gets cooled by the mains electricity. Above that we've got the cooker like I say, and then there's a little cupboard here, which you can put some food in, and then we've got storage, more storage all the way along the sides, where you can put a few plates and bits and bobs, and there's a large amount of storage over the front cub there, which is where we keep the tabletop and also the bed supports, I'll show you them later, and you've got more storage down this side here, and then you've got another cupboard on the other side, which you can again, we used to keep cutlery in these, we had some little tupperwares in there with cutlery and food and plates and what have you. 5", and I'm, I'm okay on there, if you were over six foot, you might find that you'd have to have sleep with your legs folded, which you might not like.
You've got here, we've got the windows, beautiful, I mean one of the great things about Romeos are so many windows, so much light, so you've got these big ones at the side, fully opening, full blinds as well, so you just pull that up, and that goes like that, if you don't want a blind, you want a fly screen, you've got a fly screen, if you don't want a fly screen, you let that go, same on this side, and then what else we got, we've got lights, both sides for reading, and that's, it's got everything you want, it's got another little vent at the top here, which comes down like that, push these up, and you've got a bit more ventilation there, the other big one here, this beautiful big window, which is absolutely light, you just crank this and it opens, like that, a quick turning, and it opens right up, and then that's also got a fly screen, or a blackout screen at night, so that's really good, and that is really big, so you get a lot of light, and you can stargaze at night if you want, and it's just amazing, make sure that's properly done before you drive away, otherwise it's not good, I normally drive with that closed, but I'll leave it open now, so I think I've told you everything about the wonderful Romehome, on the other side under the seats, we've got, that's where your leisure battery is, and some of the electric control stuff, here's the water tank, and there's a bit more storage there, but that water tank gets filled up from the outside, it's got an outside fill up port, and we've got a little solar panel on top as well, to keep the leisure battery charged up, obviously it also charges when you drive along, I've got the step here, which is quite big and stable, and it means you can't really fall over, so there it is, the lovely Romehome R20, nice and narrow, nice and compact, everything you need.
