This is our van. Mr. Toad is the back. The back door is here, and this is the interior.

So let's see, starting from here. So there's the back door, there's a cabinet here, a shelving space inside. Both sides are like this. There's a table here that folds up and locks, and we've got a couple of folding chairs that go with it.

Wall socket here. This is the storage under the bed, as you can see. Bottom left is the diesel heater. It's all fitted in there.

At the moment it's not working. I think it may be the spark plug's gone, but I've not had a chance to fix it. I've taken this one off, so you can see they all come off like this. They're just connected with magnets, and there's space underneath for storage boxes and so on.

Space goes all the way back to the back of the bed. On the far right, there are some... like the wiring and stuff, and on the far left in the bottom is the water storage tank. It's got the...

these are boat windows that clip like this and slide open and catch like that to let the air in. That's the original lamp from the ambulance. So the bed... There's storage above the bed all over here.

These four little cabinets here. The skylight here, which is both... it's got a blackout blind and bug screen. And then the skylight opens here and here to let in cool air.

Wiring and stuff is accessible under here. I can open that and show you all that if necessary, but this is just a quick kind of preview. So switch here for lights. This switch turns on the other lights.

Second switch is that little light there. First switch is these lights here. These lights were handmade by the original owner. It was a guy who did the whole conversion, and his wife was a sculptor who made these kind of cool lights.

There's switches underneath here to turn on the pump for the water. So it's cold water only, but it's also got... the second tap is converted for drinking water. The drinking water filter is in the back here, and there's space for a portable toilet.

All the drawers and cupboards are magnetized. These ones at the bottom, they've got like a big door, and then there's multiple drawers inside. Space here for a fridge. We had a three-way gas fridge that we had to remove because the gas wasn't working, so there's space there for that to be replaced.

It's got 240 volts, which we had used, but we mostly used this one, the car-volter thing. That's to turn on the 240. This is the original extractor fan from the ambulance. So you turn that on, and you open the skylight.

You can get a good, strong cross-breeze when it's hot. Curtains conceal the back. The back ambulance doors open up completely both ways and can be locked open, so you can sit right here and get a fantastic view out the back. The previous owner had this reinforced support attached to hang a hanging seat, which we took down because we weren't using it, but that's a great addition.

These brackets here are for a wall-mounted bike rack, so you can attach it back and have it hang here across the door or across the back wall, so it doesn't take up any space. Again, we weren't using them, so we took them down. So I think that's most of the things. That's the window through to the front driver's area.

I'm more than happy to go over any other details that you need. All right. Thanks very much.
