Questions & Answers
Buyer (solo lady buyer, experienced caravanner) asked whether any work is needed now or later, whether there's been a recent habitation check, and whether there are any known problems needing repair.
From the owner: as far as he's aware there are no issues from the MOT or the habitation survey — nothing flagged and no known faults or damp problems. The van has only covered around 35,000 miles, so he doesn't see the cambelt as an issue. He's out at the moment and will double-check his paperwork when he's home and confirm.
Buyer James enquired via the website and selected "Marks/scratches" as a specific question about the vehicle's condition.
From the owner: there's some paintwork on the bonnet (a bit of touch-up work where the roof cords have rubbed — needs a spray can to tidy) and around the windscreen. Inside, the seats, sink, toilet, hob and oven are all in general good order. Other than that, he'd describe the condition as "good for its age". He has taken close-up photos of both the bonnet/windscreen paintwork and the interior, which we hold on file and can share.
