Buyer Paul Rowberry asked selected questions including damp/damage and heating/water for the 1992 Auto-Trail Pullman listing, which aren't covered in the current listing details.
The owner advises there is no damp damage as far as she is aware. The sofas make up into a double bed, and she's happy to demonstrate this at a viewing.
Buyer John emailed 26 Sep 15:48 in reply to our email with the owner's availability for w/c 28 Sep. He asked who fitted the power steering and about a habitation certificate / watertightness. Neither is in the listing or seller details. Offer £6,250 accepted; no viewing currently booked.
The power steering was fitted by a garage. On the habitation check: the motorhome belonged to the owner's dad, who did all the checks and work on it himself, and she isn't aware of a habitation check being done.
Buyer John McClafferty emailed 26 Sep 16:08 after we relayed that the owner will go through the paperwork on 27 Sep for a habitation check. Owner already said the power steering was fitted by a garage. John now wants to know which garage and when. Accepted offer £6,250, no viewing booked yet, and John says he'll book once he has the answers. Owner is free w/c 28 Sep from 1pm except Tue 29 and Sat 3 Oct.
The power steering was fitted by a garage at the start of last year (early 2025). The owner is gathering all the relevant paperwork together and will confirm the name of the garage, and whether there's any record of a habitation check, once she's been through it.
Samuel Deakin enquired via the listing page asking whether the washroom has a shower, and whether the kitchen and bathroom sinks have hot running water.
The rear washroom doesn't have a shower. It has a sink, a toilet and a mirror. There's hot running water to the washroom and the kitchen once the boiler switch has been turned on.
