2007 Nissan Elgrand Conversion
Offered by Motorhome Pig as a broker. Available to view at Salisbury, Wiltshire.
Motorhome Pig is proud to offer this 2007 Nissan Elgrand as a broker, on behalf of the private owner. This imported Japanese MPV has been converted into a practical 4-berth motorhome with a rock-and-roll bed layout, well suited to couples and small families seeking a compact, manoeuvrable base for touring.
The owner advises the vehicle benefits from a recent full service (completed 2026-02-01), with almost all service history and paperwork available. The leisure batteries and solar panel were installed in 2022. The owner confirms the vehicle is a non-smoker and has been undersealed. It is fitted with a pop-top roof, cab air conditioning, habitation air conditioning, a three-way fridge, alloy wheels, reverse camera, and an awning.
Please note: There is some cosmetic damage to the rear door and paintwork, which has been clearly highlighted in the photos.

Questions & Answers
Buyer is seriously interested and willing to travel from London to view. She has a detailed list of pre-viewing questions about the vehicle's condition.
Here are the seller's answers to your questions: 1. **Undersealed:** 2022, when the pop top was installed. 2. **Rust / rear arches / sills:** No rust, all good as far as the owner is aware. 3. **Welding:** No welding has been done. 4. **Damp or leaks:** None. 5. **Noises or rattles when driving:** Nothing the owner has noticed. 6. **Last MOT advisories:** None. 7. **Service history:** Almost all available, with all the paperwork, up to the current MOT. 8. **Leisure batteries:** From 2022. 9. **Solar panels:** Installed in 2022. 10. **Next things to fix or replace:** The damage on the rear door, and paintwork.
Buyer is asking whether the Nissan Elgrand is the 4WD version.
No, it is the 2WD version.
Buyer is asking about luggage storage behind the back seats, whether the back seats slide forward, and whether a roofbox can be fitted on the elevating/pop-top roof.
Here are the seller's answers to your questions: 1. **Storage behind the back seats:** There is a small space behind the seat with a fire extinguisher fitted. The amount of space depends on how tall the driver is (i.e. how far back the driver's seat is set). 2. **Do the back seats slide forward?** No. The rear Rock and Roll bed is fixed to the chassis through the floor, so it doesn't slide. 3. **Can you fit a roofbox on the pop-top?** Technically yes — it has roof racks, but the pop-top roof is fibreglass so it's only rated for around 50kg. The roof rack currently holds the solar panel and is designed for a small roof box, paddle board, etc.
Buyer is asking about the approximate fuel economy (MPG) with the off-road tyres currently fitted on the Elgrand.
Around 24 MPG. The all-road/swamper tyres haven't made a noticeable difference to fuel economy.
Buyer Emma is interested but confused — the listing images reference a warranty while the text says "sold as seen", and she's asked us to confirm which is correct.
There's no warranty — the vehicle is sold as seen. The seller confirms there shouldn't be any mention of a warranty in the advert.
Buyer Emma has had her offer accepted and requested a viewing; she'd like confirmation the fridge, both batteries and solar are working before viewing.
The fridge, both leisure batteries and the solar panel all work as expected — the owner says it's been flawless. It's also set up with split charge.
