Buyer Joey asked whether the Renault Master has power steering and turbo drive, what the tyre condition is like, and whether there is a bathroom/toilet onboard.
There is a portable toilet (not a fixed bathroom). No fixed shower, but there's the option to put a curtain at the back and use a portable shower. Tyres are in very good condition.
Buyer is in Newcastle and wants detailed info before travelling to Bristol. She has many specific questions about the conversion.
Here are the answers from the seller: 1) Cold water only from the sink — no hot water. 2) No damp anywhere in the van. 3) No integrated sat nav, but you can fit your own aftermarket one. The van already has 2 cameras fitted — one at the front and one at the rear, and the rear camera can be used for reversing. 4) There are a few double 240v plug sockets and USB ports inside. 5) The van has 2 x 300W solar panels (600W total) and a carbon lead battery. The seller didn't give specific run-time figures, but with 600W of solar capacity and an inverter, it's a strong off-grid setup. 6) Privacy windows all around, plus blackout curtains that can be added in the evening for the front and back windows. 7) The front seats swivel and a table can be added if wanted. The marble worktop can also be used as a table. 8) Road tax band/cost not answered yet — we'll chase this up. 9) Price negotiation not answered yet — we'll chase this up. Additional info from the seller: The van has a diesel heater, TV, air conditioning in the cab with captain seats, lots of storage space. New flooring and new kitchen were fitted last September, and the van was fully spray painted last September with anti-scratch paint.

There was a minor oil leak previously, caused by a pipe, which has since been fixed. The MOT noted a "little oil leak" but the garage that carried out the repair confirmed this was just residual oil where the engine hadn't been cleaned — there is no active oil leak now.
