Buyer Joy Gillespie enquired asking about damp/damage, exterior condition and marks/scratches, whether the van is a low profile, and asked to see the entrance/step in relation to the kitchen cupboard overhang.
The owner advises there is no evidence of any damp or watermarks anywhere in the motorhome, and it has a current habitation certificate — which is due to be renewed on 15 September, along with a service at Marquis Motorhomes, if it hasn't sold beforehand. The overall exterior condition is very good. On the entrance: the motorhome is a standard size (not a low profile) and has an electric step, with no overhanging kitchen units by the entrance.
