Buyer Louise has asked a wide range of questions including service history, damp/damage, previous owners, tyre condition, bed layout, heating/water, location, price negotiable, HPI check, living area, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, dashboard, control panel, exterior, and marks/scratches. Most can be answered from listing details, but I need to check with the seller about: whether the price is negotiable, and whether there are any marks or scratches on the bodywork.
The seller confirms the van is in excellent condition for its age. The only notable cosmetic blemish is some scrapes on the nearside front bumper. Regarding price, the seller is open to reasonable offers on the £15,995 asking price.

Buyer Heath is asking whether the water pump has been replaced/done on the Citroen Relay. They already know it's chain driven (not cambelt) from the listing details.
The seller has checked through all their paperwork and cannot find any record of the water pump being changed. However, they confirm they have never had any issues with temperature or leaks on long journeys.
