Buyer (Peter & Hannah Ellingworth) are asking if the seller would consider a part exchange of a static Regal Sandringham park home located in Dorset against the Hymer Nova 545 GL. They are also asking about delivery to Okehampton, Devon.
Steve is open to considering the part exchange with the static park home, but would like to know where in Dorset it is located before committing. Regarding delivery to Okehampton, Devon — he's happy to deliver the caravan as long as fuel costs are covered.

Last service was done two years ago and the caravan hasn't been used since — Steve has the paperwork. It has two brand new tyres. There are a couple of small marks at the corner rear, likely from a tree, but very minor. No specific damp check or HPI check mentioned by the seller, though the HPI report we hold shows clear on all checks (no finance, not stolen, not written off, not scrapped).
