Buyer enquired about damp/damage on the 2009 Auto-Trail Arapaho and asked for pictures.
No damp reading or damp test has been done on the motorhome. The owner has listed the following damage/faults, which he describes as mainly cosmetic: - The bonnet has a fair bit of paint damage from stone chips and wear. - The right-hand kitchen window has a crack in it but is watertight. - One kitchen seat cushion is a little threadbare in one spot, and another looks a little worn. - The plastic grating on the roof extractor fan has a few minor cracks. - The CD/radio unit can't be switched off, so the owner removes the front panel to stop it draining the battery. - The outside clip that holds the habitation door open needs replacing. - There's a visible repair to the bed slat runner in the rear bedroom. - The metal kitchen sink has some minor surface damage. - Some plastic trim over the door hinges is missing. - There are some marks on the table and worktop surfaces. - There are some marks on the ceiling from a previous water ingress problem. - The rear wheel arches can let water into the motorhome in heavy rain.
