Questions & Answers
Buyer Mark Thompson asked if the motorhome has been downrated on its original weight.
The seller hasn't replated the vehicle himself and believes it has always been plated under 3,500kg as it is now — i.e. not downrated by him during his ownership.
Buyer Debora noticed the listing mentions a separate shower but the photos look like the shower may be in the same space as the toilet, and wants to understand the washroom layout.
It's a combined, wet-room style washroom — the shower is in the same compartment as the cartridge toilet and hand sink, with dry storage for toilet rolls and toiletries.
Buyer Isaac Torr is asking whether 2024 was the last habitation check on the motorhome.
The last annual habitation check was carried out in August 2025 and came back 100% dry in all areas.
Buyer Rob Williams is asking about the chassis type (Alko vs steel frame) and the van's external dimensions, neither of which is in the listing.
The seller believes it's built on a standard steel-frame chassis (not an Alko). He's getting the external dimensions (length, width, height) this evening and will send them over.
