Buyer Martin Mckeown asked about damp/damage, previous owners and whether there's a current habitation certificate — none of which are covered in the listing or seller details.
Previous owners: as far as the owner knows, one previous owner, based in the Netherlands, who used the motorhome to travel to and from their second home in Scotland. Damp: no damp. There was previous evidence of damp through the top vent at the front of the vehicle, but none since the current owners have had it. A skylight leak around three years ago was cleaned and resealed. Bodywork: a split in the front plastic bumper near the number plate. A new wing mirror is being fitted today, and the casing on the back of the side lights needs replacing. Interior: all in working order, with one or two minor cosmetic bits as you'd expect for the age.
