This is one of 50 Auto-Sleeper Executives made to celebrate 50 years of Auto-Sleepers. The brand has a loyal following and Auto-Sleeper have honed and improved the spec over the last half century.
The motorhome is in great condition and is a bit of a tardis, giving the impression of more space inside than the size outside suggests. The kitchen in the rear has a 4-ring cooker, oven and storage space underneath. There is a microwave, fridge and plenty of work surfaces. Crockery and glasses are secured in the overhead cupboards.
In the living area, two bench seats can either be used as single beds or be made into a large, comfy double bed. The table stows away in the wardrobe with a separate extension if needed. The TV has a built-in DVD player. Both comfortable cab seats swivel to face into the living area.
The bathroom has a toilet, fold-down sink and shower.
The van is designed to have maximum storage with overhead cupboards in the kitchen, living area and large ones over the cab. There are drawers in the kitchen, under the wardrobe and more storage under the bench seats. There is also lockable external storage for outdoor equipment.
Roof solar panels and a reversing camera have been fitted. We will include numerous other accessories, eg insulated windscreen, bonnet and bike rack covers.
No smokers or dogs have ever been resident! There is loads of paperwork: vehicle and appliance manuals, service and HAB check records.
The seller's parents made wonderful memories on trips to Spain, Portugal, the Alps and Scandinavia. They previously had an older Clubman model and when that van headed to retirement in 2013, they took the opportunity to buy this brand-new, limited-edition Executive. There are gaps in the MOT history as Mum became ill so there were times when the van was not used. Now Dad is no longer able to drive it so it's up for sale.
