Buyer has asked about tyre condition, heating/water system details, whether there's a bathroom/toilet, and the current condition of the dashboard and control panel. They've also asked about damp and any marks or scratches on the exterior.
1) Tyres were previously fine — the van is in for its MOT this week and any tyres that need replacing will be done. 2) Cold water tap/sink only — no gas heater or hot water system fitted. 3) There is a portable toilet which will be included with the sale. 4) A few marks on the bodywork as shown in the listing photos.
