Tracey Boomer (Edinburgh, first-time buyer) is enquiring on the 2020 Rimor Evo. She needs garage space for her partner's mobility scooter (loaded by ramp), a fixed rear bed and a front bed. Seller details confirm a mobility scooter fits and give garage door dimensions, but nothing on floor height/ramp access or the front berth make-up.
Garage: the garage floor is 60cm off the ground and there is a weight limit of 185kg on the garage floor. Beds: there is a fixed bed at the rear above the garage, 1.45m from the floor of the motorhome, reached by 5 steps on a vertical ladder. The front bed is in the over-cab area, 1.8m above the floor. There is also a floor-level bed, but that has to be made up by converting the dining table and seats.
Buyer David replied by SMS 28 Oct 2026 to JJ's call/text. Previously told the belt hasn't been changed (33k miles, FSH, last serviced Aug 2026). He'd expect the belt done before purchase or a significant price reduction, and is surprised it's not been done under the service schedule. No specific figure offered.
The owner doesn't intend to have the wet belt changed before a sale. At the last service, the recommendation was that it should be done before 40,000 miles. The motorhome is currently at around 33,000 miles.
