The kitchen is well equipped, with a four-burner hob, a fridge and freezer, and a brand new microwave and air fryer that have never been used. Heating is by Truma.
The owner advises the service book is fully stamped to April 2021, with paperwork and invoices available. The cambelt was changed in April 2021 at 91,125 miles. A new battery and alternator were fitted in July 2025, supplied with a two-year guarantee, and the rear brakes were serviced in July 2025. The owner is a motor engineer and describes the van as driving very tightly and confidently on the road.
The van passed a fresh MOT in August 2026, so it comes with a full new MOT. At 3,500 kg gross, it falls within the standard UK car licence threshold.

Buyer Dale Brown enquired via the listing asking what paperwork comes with the Devon Monaco and whether the belts have been changed.
Cambelt was changed on 14/04/2021 at 91,125 miles. The service book is fully stamped up to 15/04/2021. Also: new battery and alternator fitted 29/07/2025 (with a 2-year guarantee), and the rear brakes were serviced on 07/07/2025. The owner has paperwork/photos of the service book and invoices. The MOT runs out this week and the owner has arranged for it to be re-tested next Tuesday morning.
Buyer Richard Meek queried the engine size (and other spec figures) shown in the listing description, which appear to be incorrect data.
The owner has confirmed from his paperwork: engine is 2,463cc and the gross vehicle weight is 3,500kg (so it's drivable on a standard car licence). The gearbox is a manual. The 12,580cc / 38,000kg figures currently showing on the advert are incorrect and are being corrected.
