Buyer David is keen but wants technical detail confirmed before a long drive to view.
1) Chassis: no rust/underseal treatment that the owner is aware of, but when it went in for new tyres last year the mechanic commented on how clean the chassis looked. 2) Oil leak: the owner isn't sure where it's coming from and has never noticed any oil under the van at any time. 3) Timing chain: not replaced as far as the owner knows, and definitely not in the 5 years they've owned it. 4) Fridge: 240V only. 5) Leisure battery: charges when the engine is running, when hooked up to mains electric, or via the solar panels. 6) Solar wiring: the owner believes so but isn't 100% certain — they can try to get more detail on the controller/regulator.
