The owner advises the vehicle has been remapped and that the cambelt was changed at 89,000 miles. A new leisure battery has been fitted. The owner also advises a full service was carried out in August 2025, with service receipts available. The owner states two keys are included and that it is a non-smoker vehicle.

Buyer asking about the internal width of the fixed rear bed to check length/fit.
The width of the bed area is 170cm.
Buyer needs 4 seatbelts for everyday use and is asking if there's likely capacity to add a fourth belt on the other fixed rear seat.
The owner isn't sure on the regulations side so doesn't want to say anything that might be wrong. He notes the shower cubicle behind the seat is very substantially built and could potentially be mounted into the frame, but he can't confirm whether a fourth belt could be fitted.
Buyer wants to understand the cooking setup and whether there's a mains hook-up point vs solar/battery only.
There's no gas fitted at all. All cooking was done by microwave, air fryer and portable induction hob. There is a full 230v mains hook-up.
Buyer wants to know the date of the remap and who performed it.
The remap was done in August 2023 by Reedley Service Centre, a specialist VW garage who also handle the MOTs, repairs and servicing as needed.
Buyer wants to work out towing capacity and drivetrain before viewing.
GTW is 5,500kg. Engine power is 107 bhp, slightly higher due to the remap (approx 118 bhp). The van is front-wheel drive.
