Converted by Westdubs, this T5 is based on a long-wheelbase Transporter and provides accommodation for up to four. The main sleeping area uses a rock and roll bed, with a pop-top roof providing additional sleeping space for two. The conversion includes a fridge, gas hob with sink, cupboard storage, a captain's seat, custom VW seating, interior lighting, and a leisure battery. A winter heater is also fitted.
The owner advises the vehicle has undergone a full body rework and respray, along with the Westdubs pop-top roof conversion. The owner also advises a recent service was carried out in August 2026, with V5 and some service history available. The vehicle is a non-smoker and comes with three keys. MOT is valid until June 2027.

Buyer Andrea-Leigh asked about damp/damage and marks/scratches, which aren't covered in the listing detail.
The pop-top is watertight — it was used last weekend with no issues. Inside and out there are the usual age-related marks, and the exterior has had a full respray.
Buyer Noels Murrin asked detailed questions about sill/structural corrosion repairs and documentation, engine code, cambelt/water pump, clutch/DMF, Westdubs conversion and seatbelt paperwork, and current gas/electrical safety certificates - none of which are covered in the listing or seller details.
1) Corrosion/bodywork: the rust work and full respray were done by a body shop in Tyseley, Birmingham at a cost of around £2,000. At the same time the rust on the rear arches was cut out and welding work carried out. The owner doesn't have invoices for it, but can provide a screenshot of the bank transfer for the work. 2) Engine: it's the 1.9 turbo diesel — the 2.0L figure on the advert is a mistake and we're getting it corrected. 3) Timing belt / water pump / clutch / dual-mass flywheel: none of that work has been carried out as far as the owner is aware, and there's no evidence of it having been done previously. 4) Westdubs conversion paperwork: the owner bought the van with the conversion already done and has no paperwork for it. He knows it's a Westdubs conversion because when he had a repair done to the pop-top (the gas pulls), the Westdubs logo was on the hinge — he rang them and they talked him through the repair. It all works well and there are no leaks. 5) Gas safety / EICR certificates: none that the owner is aware of. The van has always been used on hook-up rather than off-grid — mains for the lights and fridge, and the gas hob for cooking. The owner is happy to be flexible on a viewing.

No ISOFIX points fitted — the rear travelling seats have normal seatbelts.
