Built by Auto-Sleepers on the Volkswagen T-Porter T30 with automatic transmission, the Topaz has a rear layout of twin single beds. The main sleeping arrangement is a lounge conversion. It is a practical choice for couples, and the owner advises it is a non-smoker vehicle. It can be driven on a standard UK car licence.
The owner advises that all upholstery and foam were replaced in October 2024. The owner also mentions a diesel-fired Eberspacher heater, a Shurflo gas and/or electric water heater and a Heki wind-up rooflight. There is one leisure battery fitted, which the owner describes as being in good condition.
The owner advises the most recent service was in August 2026, with yearly habitation checks, the latest in May 2026. They also hold the V5C, a stamped service book, the vehicle service manual, and invoices, receipts and habitation check forms covering the past 13 years. MOT valid until 31 August 2027.
