Buyer Michael Dunn enquired asking about damp/damage and an HPI check. Listing shows annual hab checks but no damp readings, and the history report flags outstanding finance.
Damp: the technician's report from the last habitation check shows all damp readings below the required levels (under 169). The owner has sent through photos of the technician's report. Bodywork: no damage. Finance: there is an outstanding agreement and the owner confirms it will be settled on sale, and he's happy to verify that in front of the buyer.
