Buyer Baden Powell enquired via the listing page asking about service history, damp/damage and marks/scratches.
At the August 2026 habitation check the damp readings were all flat zero apart from one reading of 12 by the water intake. There are no notable dents or scratches to the bodywork. The owner can send a photo of the habitation check document on Friday.
Buyer Adrian Stewart texted 6 Oct 2026 asking for tyre age (possible immediate cost) and photos inside lockers/cupboards. He's in N. Ireland so wants answers before deciding on a viewing. The owner already said they'd send a hab check photo on Friday.
Tyres: the two rear tyres are from 2024 and in good condition. The two front tyres are also in good condition, with good tread and no cracking, but the owner can't find a date stamp on them. Buyer Adrian Stewart texted 6 Oct 2026 asking us to confirm the winter pack listed on the advert. He thinks it's wrong because there are no concertina blinds or upgraded heating controls. Earlier the same day he said one rear tyre looks stamped 2012, even though the owner said the rears are 2024. I've included that tyre re-check in case it hasn't already gone to the owner.
The owner says the motorhome has heated tanks (both fresh water and waste), and they're controlled by the bottom two red switches. He has also sent a photo, which the team will look at.
Buyer Adrian Stewart (enquiry on the 2012 Broadway EB) was given the owner's answer: rears are 2024, fronts have no date found, plus an iCloud photo link. He replied on 6 Oct that he thinks at least one tyre in the photos is stamped 2012. Asking the owner to recheck.
The owner has sent photos of the nearside front tyre, but he can't make out the date stamp on it, so he can't identify the year from those pictures.
