Questions & Answers

Q

Buyer Alistair enquired via the listing asking about damp/damage, tyre condition, heating/water, storage, living area and bedroom space — travelling with three kids and a dog.

A

No damp issues, and no damage or dents — very tidy for its age. Four new tyres. Water is a cold electric tap fed from a water container, with hot water from the kettle. The rear seats fold into a bed, and the table clips to the units so you can sit on the rear seats.

Q

Julie Catterall is very interested but based in Norfolk so can't easily view - wants reassurance on rust/wheel arch condition and the MOT oil leak advisories before deciding whether to travel to view.

A

There was some rust in the inner sills, which has been properly repaired. The owner says the oil leak advisories on the MOT aren't oil leaks — that's underbody protection.

Q

Buyer Sarah Hannell emailed this morning (19 Sep) asking how finance works in terms of paying the current owner and whether it's up to the owner to accept finance. Her £4,000 offer on the Honda has been accepted and a viewing is booked for 4 Oct. Asking the owner directly so we can give her an answer.

A

Yes — the owner is happy for the purchase to be funded by finance, as long as he's paid the agreed amount in one payment rather than in instalments.

1

Find Your Perfect Match

Our site is not open to the public. All sellers are under exclusive 90-day contracts with Motorhome Pig, having signed legally binding agreements. We verify the owner's identity and ownership and run HPI, finance and theft checks on every vehicle — the condition itself is yours to judge in person when you view it.

2

Meet the Real Owner

We arrange your viewing at the motorhome's location and give you everything you need to make a confident decision — including a simple checklist of what to look at, from damp and habitation to the engine and paperwork. No pressure, no salesperson — just you, the owner, and the motorhome. Take your time and ask anything.

3

Secure Handover

We provide finance options, handover guidance, and support with the V5 and paperwork. No buyer fees — the price you see is the price you pay.

💚 No Buyer Fees— The price you see is exactly what you pay. We're here to help, not add costs.
