Buyer Leighton Wheeler asked who did the conversion.
The campervan conversion was carried out by Chepstow Campervans (a professional converter).
Buyer Leighton Wheeler texted today (7 Sept) after being told the conversion was by Chepstow Campervans. He has a pending viewing request for Sat 12 Sept 10:00 and is asking whether the gas/electric safety certificates are in the paperwork.
The owner has asked Chepstow Campervans, who carried out the conversion, to forward the gas and electrical safety certificates, so she's chasing those up now.
Buyer Leighton Wheeler (SMS today, 7 Sept) asked about a recent habitation report for the 2010 Toyota Alphard and has changed his preferred viewing day to Fri 11 Sept. Habitation paperwork is his key criteria - he has walked away from other vehicles without it.
The owner has now received the gas and electrical safety certificate from Chepstow Campervans (who carried out the conversion) and has emailed it over, along with a vehicle check she had carried out last week. The viewing is set for Friday 11 September at 10am.
Buyer Leighton Wheeler emailed at 10:45 today asking why his viewing was cancelled after an automated cancellation email went out (that was the Thursday 10 Sept slot, appointment 9e133b21, cancelled by the seller). Our records still show the Friday 11 Sept 10:00 viewing (e2a56c71) as confirmed. Need the owner to confirm Friday is still on before the buyer travels.
Friday 11th at 10am isn't ideal for the owner after all — she'd much prefer Saturday 12th September if Leighton is able to change, and she's asking whether that would suit him.
