Questions & Answers
Buyer has noticed rust on the sills and is asking whether there is any rust underneath the vehicle. They've also asked if it's possible to get photos of the underside.
Helen is at work today so can't take photos of the underside until tomorrow. In the meantime, she's shared the MOT certificate. The most recent MOT (passed 8 July 2025 at 160,070 miles) noted the following advisories: "Sills have age related corrosion" and "All suspension components have age related corrosion." Photos of the underside will follow tomorrow.
Buyer Darren is interested in viewing and wants to know the nearest train station to the viewing location.

Buyer Joanne noticed the MOT runs out soon and wants to know if it'll come with 12 months' MOT.
Helen plans to put a fresh MOT on the van before the current one runs out (end of July), provided it hasn't sold before then. She's also open to sensible offers prior to renewing the MOT.
