The van has only been used for 3 months of its life and is in as-new condition — it was valeted by the owner just 3 weeks ago. No history of damp or damage. The tyres currently fitted have only done 3,000 miles, as the owner had two sets of wheels (winter and summer). Regarding the price, the owner paid £93,000 for it just 20 months ago, so considers the current asking price to be rock bottom for a deluxe, totally off-grid Rolling Homes conversion of this quality. No flexibility on price.
