The Approach Autograph 745 is a well-specified A-class motorhome built on the Peugeot Boxer chassis. The owner advises a fixed French island bed to the rear, making it a practical and comfortable layout for couples who also need occasional extra sleeping capacity. With four berths and four travelling seats, it is equally well suited to small families or groups of friends.

Questions & Answers
Buyer Oliver Reel (Armagh, NI) submitted a £35,000 offer on the 745 (asking £37,045) today, 7 Sep 2026. Seller-provided details show "no service history" and last serviced 1 Apr 2023, so I can't give him a breakdown of works. He has asked the same before on other Baileys. Need the owner's answer on what servicing has been done / any documentation, plus willingness for a call.
The owner says the motorhome hasn't been serviced during the three years he's owned it, as they've covered relatively few miles. It has passed its MOT every year he's had it with no issues. He'll be going up to the storage site to collect all the paperwork for the motorhome and will check what, if anything, was done to it before he bought it.
Buyer enquiring via AutoTrader asked for a copy of the 2026 hab check and whether there is a full or partial service history.
The owner has confirmed that no habitation check has been carried out in the three years they've owned the motorhome, so there's no 2026 habitation check certificate. The date shown on the listing is being corrected. On service history: the owner hasn't had it serviced during their ownership, as they've covered relatively few miles, but it has passed its MOT every year without issue. They do have paperwork from before their ownership, including service-related documents, plus the handbooks and manuals.
