Yes, the rear bottom bunk has a mattress so it can be used as a bed. The seating that was taken out was the small dinette — what was removed has been stored and is included in the sale.

The last habitation check was carried out in January 2025. There's no damp, and no signs of damp or water ingress that the sellers are aware of.
