Buyer Jessica Cross asked whether the motorhome is currently on finance, having seen finance flags on a check.
The owner confirms there is finance outstanding on the motorhome (a hire purchase agreement) and that it will be settled on completion of the sale. She is obtaining a settlement figure from the finance company, and confirms the settlement figure is less than the asking price.
Buyer Lin Blake noted the motorhome has outstanding finance and asked how the seller will prove it has been paid, as the vehicle belongs to the finance company until settled.
The owner says the Black Horse finance will be cleared once the buyer has paid her for the motorhome. She will then pay off the finance by bank transfer straight to Black Horse.
