The motorhome has had a habitation check done approximately 3 weeks ago (late March 2026), and the MOT is valid until March 2027. Glenn has also forwarded the habitation and damp reports. The other parts of the question (service history, tyre condition, marks/scratches, and price flexibility) are still awaiting a response from the seller.

Buyer is based just outside Belfast and is very keen. She's asking whether transport to Dublin or ferry transfer could be arranged, with her covering the costs. She'd arrange pickup from Dublin.
Glenn uses a company called Movex for transport and says they are quite reasonable. He'd be happy for the buyer to arrange transport through them, with her covering the costs.
