This is a self-converted panel van campervan with a fixed rear bed at the back and a garage storage area beneath it, which the owner notes is used for items such as luggage, camping gear, folding chairs and a large dog crate. It is a practical choice for couples, and the weight class means it can be driven on a standard UK car licence.
The owner advises the van is a non-smoker vehicle, with full service history from new as a printout, the last service carried out in September 2025, and the cambelt changed. The owner also mentions a custom-fitted memory foam mattress and side windows with built-in blinds and fly screens.

Yes — the sink is fixed into the worktop and plumbed in, though it could be changed if required.
Vicki Pugh (buyer, Blackpool) enquired via AutoTrader on 20 Sep 2026 about the 2022 Ford Transit Conversion. Owner already confirmed the sink is fixed/plumbed in; she now wants to know if it's an adequate size and whether you can stand upright inside.
Standing headroom is approx 1.8m to the ceiling — the owner's husband is 5'10" and stands up comfortably inside the van. The sink is more of a hand-washing sink than one for pots, but you can fill a collapsible washing-up bowl from it, and that bowl is included in the sale.
Buyer Vicki (Blackpool) enquired via AutoTrader on the 2022 Ford Transit conversion (Hull, £26,550). Long email exchange today about headroom, sink, length and off-grid capability. She's told me she's virtually retired and wants to be off grid as much as possible; she says she's still loving this van but wants time. I told her I'd ask the owner for the battery and solar figures.
Solar: 2 x 195W panels on the roof. Leisure battery: 130Ah lead acid (fitted new, less than a year old). The owners have only used the camper once — it's a brand new conversion and they've deliberately kept it as untouched as possible for the new owner — so they don't have a real-world figure for how many days it will run off grid.
Buyer George enquired via Autotrader on 23 Sep 2026 and replied by SMS saying he likes the layout and would like to see the service history. The listing says there's full service history from new as a printout, last serviced Sep 2025. We don't have a copy on file, so I'm asking the owner for one.
The owner has sent us a photo of the service history printout. She adds that the van was previously a leased vehicle, so it was looked after and serviced correctly, with all servicing requirements met under the lease agreement. The team will send the printout over to you.
